Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ROC Advice (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and discloses your personal information when you use OnePack (the “Service”). We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
Information we collect
- Account information — your name, company name, email address and login credentials.
- Content you upload — the documents, evidence and answers you add to your workspace (for example HSE policies, registers, certificates and training records).
- Billing information — handled by our payment processor; we do not store your full card details.
- Usage data — basic technical information such as log data, device and browser type, used to operate and improve the Service.
How we use your information
- To provide, maintain and improve the Service and your account.
- To process your subscription and send service‑related communications.
- To generate, with your direction, drafted answers and submission packs from the content you upload.
- To provide support and respond to your enquiries.
Data isolation & security
Each customer’s data is logically separated so that you can only access your own workspace. We use reputable cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and restricted administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Service providers
We use trusted third parties to run the Service, including a cloud database and storage provider, a payment processor, an email delivery provider, and an AI provider used to help draft answers from the content you choose to process. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell your personal information.
AI processing
When you choose to use AI features, the relevant document text is sent to our AI provider to generate a draft answer or matching suggestion, which is returned to you for review. You remain responsible for reviewing and confirming all content before you submit it to any operator.
Data location & retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and as required by law. You may request deletion of your account and associated content (see below). Your data is hosted in Australia (Sydney region) by our cloud infrastructure provider.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may close your account at any time. To make a request or raise a privacy concern, contact us at craig@onepack.au.
Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage necessary to keep you logged in and operate the Service.
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of OnePack. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
1. The Service
OnePack helps contractors organise HSE evidence and prepare prequalification submissions by mapping evidence to a requirement library and generating operator‑specific packs. OnePack is a preparation and assistance tool only. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by ISNetworld, Avetta, Cm3, CHAS, Tōtika or any other prequalification network.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be authorised to act for the business you represent.
3. Subscription, trial & billing
OnePack is offered on a subscription basis at the price shown at sign‑up, billed in advance. New accounts may include a free trial; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription begins and your payment method is charged. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
4. Your content & responsibility for submissions
You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying and approving every answer, document and pack before submitting it to any operator. Drafts and matches generated with AI assistance are suggestions only and may contain errors; they do not constitute compliance, legal or safety advice.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access other customers’ data, uploading unlawful content, or using the Service to breach the terms of any prequalification network. OnePack does not submit on your behalf or automate access to any network’s systems; you complete the submission yourself.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, requirement libraries and design, is owned by ROC Advice. These terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you.
7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated, and our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination you may request a copy or deletion of your content within a reasonable period.
9. Changes
We may update these terms or the Service from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that jurisdiction.
